2. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, and intellectual property displayed on our website and apps are the property of K K PARMAR MEDI HEALTH TECH SYSTEMS PRIVATE LIMITED. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of our services without our express written consent.

3. iOS App Usage

When using our applications downloaded from the Apple App Store, you acknowledge that these terms are between you and K K PARMAR MEDI HEALTH TECH SYSTEMS PRIVATE LIMITED only, and not with Apple. We are solely responsible for the applications and their content.

4. Subscription & Refund Policy

Premium subscriptions are valid for 1 YEAR from the date of purchase. RecalliX-MedNet operates on a strict NO-REFUND policy once access to digital content has been granted.

5. One-Device Security

To protect your account, access is limited to ONE (1) active device at a time. Simultaneous logins are prohibited and will trigger an automatic session termination on the previous device.

6. Content Protection Anti-Piracy

Screenshots and screen recordings are strictly BLOCKED within the app. Any attempt to leak, redistribute, or sell RecalliX-MedNet data/materials without written permission will result in immediate termination and severe LEGAL ACTION & PENALTIES.

7. Community Conduct Chat Policy

Abuse, harassment, or sharing inappropriate content in chats is strictly prohibited. Users are solely responsible for their messages. RecalliX-MedNet reserves the right to take legal action or ban users upon receiving valid complaints or reports.

8. Anti-Hacking & Server Integrity

Any attempt to hack, reverse-engineer, or tamper with RecalliX-MedNet servers will be met with permanent bans and criminal prosecution.

9. Data Privacy

Your data is safe with us. We follow strict encryption protocols and NEVER sell user data to 3rd parties. Your privacy is our priority. For more details, please refer to our Privacy Policy.

10. Limitation of Liability

K K PARMAR MEDI HEALTH TECH SYSTEMS PRIVATE LIMITED shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, resulting from your access to or use of our services.

11. Governing Law

These terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.
